Hey Brother Burt ! I'll be playing with the opening act Friday evening before my normal gig. It's Robin V's son Cole. He's 18 and plays his absolute butt off, just like his daddy. And he writes all his own stuff. Kinda picks like Brad Paisley on crack. Makes me want to break his fingers. Lotta talent. The lineup will be Cole, Robin, Mikey, and me. Gonna be fun. Hope to check out Doyle Dykes sometime over the weekend. Always loved him. He was Pop's favorite. Hope to see ya there, love ya man!

Hey Brother Steve. We'll be playing Friday evening at the Festival Plaza, right on Crockett St. It'll be the big stage at the west end. The big boys will be playing at the Municipal Saturday night. We're working at Louisiana Downs Friday & Saturday if your out and about.
